Check in after 2:00 PM,  Check out by 10:00 AM.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates are based on a three night minimum stay.  
Security deposit required, refunded with no damage.
No refunds available for early departure or late arrival.
Rates are plus state and city taxes.
A one time maid service and linen fee is required.
House linens only are provided - bring your own beach towels.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of  1/2 total rent due.  
Visa, M/C, AMX and Discover are accepted.
Refunds: One half the rental deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date
Pets are welcome, all sizes, types and colors.  We do request a $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit, in order to provide a flea-free environment for your furry friends.
